Cat and puppy Fairy Tale

One day, a hungry puppy was wandering in the mountains when a wolf came running up and said:

– Hey, puppy, I'm going to eat you! – said the wolf.

– No, please, wait! First feed me, and then you can eat me, – said the puppy. The wolf replied:

– Alright, alright! Just keep following me, – he said. As they walked together, they came across a herd of cows. The wolf looked at his companion and said:

 – Look at me; how are my eyes, ears, mouth, and tail? – he asked.

– Your eyes are glowing like embers, your ears are perked up, your mouth is wide open like a cave, and your tail is tucked between your back legs, bending like a young twig, – said the puppy.

 – What can I do about it? Just look at that, – said the wolf, then he dashed forward, grabbed a calf by the throat, choked it to death, and filled both himself and the puppy.

– I'm full now; I won't eat your meat anymore. Goodbye! – said the wolf and quickly ran off. The puppy stayed by the calf’s carcass, feasting on the free meat for about three days. Eventually, feeling bored, he went out wandering again and encountered a hungry cat, saying to it:

– Hey, I'm going to eat you! – said the puppy.

– No, please, puppy, wait! First feed me, and then you can eat me, – said the cat.

 – Alright! Just come along with me, – said the puppy. After a while, they came across a herd of camels. The puppy said:

– Cat! Look at me: how are my eyes, ears, mouth, and tail? – he asked.

 – Why are you asking? Your eyes are pale, your ears are flopping, your mouth is wide open, your tongue is hanging out, and your tail is wagging around, – replied the cat. Then the puppy said:

– Now what am I going to do? Just watch! – he said. The puppy ran up to bite one of the camel’s legs, but the camel kicked him right away, and the puppy fell down stiff as a board. Then the cat said:

 – Oh, you braggart! You reach for things beyond your means! I won't eat your meat anymore, – said the cat.
