Once upon a time, in a dense forest, there lived three bears in a large cave. They would wander through the forest at night and enter the cave to sleep when the day got warm. The largest and strongest among them was the white-chested bear. He would play by rolling a stone like a ball. Proud of his strength, he would not let the small animals rest. One day, he caught a fox and a wolf and showed off his dominance over them.
Then the other two bears said:
- Stop it, it’s not a good habit to show strength over the weak, - they advised. The white-chested bear replied:
I'll only let them go if they promise to respect me, - he mocked, tightening his grip. The distressed fox and wolf pleaded, - Please let us go, we will respect you. The bear released them and, satisfied with his actions, went off to wander the forest alone. As evening approached, a pack of wolves appeared and attempted to attack him. Terrified, the bear barely managed to escape. Then the fox came out, asked how he was doing, and pretended to be concerned, guiding him to safety. Trusting the fox, the bear followed him and fell into the mud. The fox then said: - You wronged me for no reason last time, so I made you pay for it, - and walked away. Ashamed of his actions, the white-chested bear lowered his head and returned to the cave to apologize to his friends. Thus, the white-chested bear realized that being strong and bullying the weak was not right.
