Antoine Yusuf Hanna Diab

Antoine Yusuf Hanna Diab was an 18th-century Syrian traveler and writer. In the early 1700s, he visited France, where he inspired Antoine Galland to include many popular tales in the collection "One Thousand and One Nights" (Arabian Nights), including "Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves" and "Aladdin and the Magic Lamp."
